Imagine you are just overwhelmed by it all, everything is piling up and just pushing you to the edge. You just need to go for a swim, a cold dip to hit reset and give yourself some space, some perspective. You walk into the cool silky waters of the sea, and let the ocean embrace you, and take your weight in her arms. You close your eyes and as your toes can't reach the sandy bottom anymore, and you take a deep, deep breath and just let go. You are safe, it is okay. As you exhale you gently sink just below the surface, the water cleansing your soul. You are ok. Just Breathe.
