Commissioning an artwork - a note from Georgie.
If you are interested in commissioning your own one-of-a-kind artwork for your collection, I’m excited to hear from you. I really enjoy creating these unique pieces with your inspiration, favourite colours and memories embedded within them; they always seem to open my creativity to new ideas and colours and they have always been loved when they reach their new homes.
To begin the conversation, I would love as much inspiration and information from you as possible about what you’d like me to create for you. Here are some examples: colours, other works of mine that you love, photo(s) and a story or a feeling that ties it all together. It’s also great to have your postcode for a shipping quote, and if you have a timeline of when you’d like it completed by. Please know that I can’t always accommodate these but I will do my best. We can also talk about framing your art and posting it, or whether it would be more economical to post it to you and for you to have it framed closer to home. Either way, I will give you full guidance and my framing suggestions, as it is a really beautiful process and is the finishing touch!
Once we are aligned on the vision and the quote is accepted, a 50% deposit is required, with the remainder to be paid upon completion of the work. I will outline more of the process and what you can expect from me during the commission process.
